Resumen
La literatura especializada sugiere que los espacios metropolitanos se caracterizan por la emergencia de nuevos asuntos a resolver, nuevos actores intervinientes y nuevas relaciones de coordinación, configurando así una gobernanza compleja. Si bien esto ha sido de interés para los especialistas, hay un escaso desarrollo de estudios que aborden esta cuestión en el contexto sudamericano, como parte del sur global. Este artículo pretende hacer una contribución a esta cuestión estudiando el caso de la gobernanza en la Región Metropolitana de Córdoba, Argentina, 2019. El análisis muestra: a) una diversidad de relaciones que articulan actores gubernamentales y no gubernamentales de diversos niveles, participando en múltiples foros y relaciones de coordinación en torno a variados asuntos. b) una red de relaciones de coordinación que muestra una gobernanza policéntrica y multinivel; c) finalmente, sugiere una policentralidad dada por la actuación de algunos gobiernos locales que disponen de mayor complejidad institucional.Palabras clave:
